We also seek to continually improve our business software for schools by listening to our customers – to what they us is their business needs – and then respond by adding new features or improving on existing ones. Improvements to Merchant Processing
As we celebrate the new year – our 10th year of providing web-based software for dance schools, swim schools, gymnastics studio, music studios, dojos, and more, we looked at the services that we offer through 3rd-party providers to see where we could make improvements. One of those improvements: our credit card processing partnerships.
In the next few months we’ll be rolling out new merchant processing services available to our existing and new clients who opt for the merchant card processing tools that allow you to let customers pay for classes online with a credit card or debit card.
We will shift the majority of our business from merchant processor Global Payments to First Data.
This change will provide many improvements to what we offer today, including:
- Simpler application process & less paperwork
- Better customer support options
- Lower pricing (Yay!)
- Online statements and account management option
We are now in the process of rolling out this changeover, and we look forward to having this ready by April 1st or earlier.
